The Red Velvet Hotel

booked this property through MakeMyTrip via the official listing for around 6500 per night and stayed for 2 nights.Right from the welcome drink, it gave me an idea of the kind of service to expect. The juice served was basically cheap flavoured sugar water.The room had a strong smell due to poor air circulation and humidity. The toilet was extremely basic, and the soap and lotions provided didn’t look hygienic, so I didn’t even touch them. The bathroom itself smelled very bad and lacked basic hygiene standards. The blankets didn’t look washed, and although I checked for bedbugs and couldn’t find any, I still couldn’t sleep comfortably.The restaurant was also disappointing. Basic hygiene was missing, and the service was very poor. The staff seemed more interested in talking among themselves than assisting guests. To make matters worse, frozen fish was served.Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price. I’ll stop here, but clearly, I won’t be coming back

We stayed at the hotel for one night as part of our trip with Kesari Tours. The rooms allotted to our group were of different sizes’some members received quite spacious rooms, while ours was of a decent size. The room and bathroom were neat and clean.However, we faced an issue with hot water in the bathroom. Despite informing the staff multiple times, it took four to five calls and about half an hour before they arranged a bucket of hot water. The service overall felt quite slow.The food served was very oily. I personally didn't like the food at all. The location is near airport around 20 to 25 minutes by bus.

Payal - I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable.I would especially like to appreciate the receptionist for their polite, professional, and friendly behavior. They were very helpful, well-mannered, and always ready to assist with a smile. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free.Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to visiting again.

I checked in on 28th December 25 and stayed in Room No. 306. The hotel is well located, with good food and a comfortable overall experience. The staff were friendly, supportive, and courteous throughout my stay.I would especially like to appreciate Ms. Payal at the front desk, who was well-mannered, professional, and very helpful. The housekeeping team was also extremely supportive, and the restaurant staff were polite and attentive.Overall, it is a good hotel with a good location and service standards. However, the bathroom requires improvement, as it gives the impression of an older, less-maintained property.With some upgrades in this area, the hotel can further enhance the guest experience.

The place is quite easy to reach, which makes it convenient for hosting small gatherings. The service was good throughout the event, and cleanliness and hygiene were well maintained, which really adds to the comfort and overall experience.We organized a small party here, and overall it turned out to be a great experience. The staff was cooperative and attentive, ensuring everything went smoothly without any major issues.The food was good and enjoyed by most of the guests. However, a couple of items’especially the sweets’could use some improvement to match the overall quality. That said, the rest of the menu was satisfactory.This venue is ideal for small functions and works best for gatherings of under 80 people, as the hall is slightly on the smaller side. Overall, a good choice for intimate celebrations with decent service and ambience.
