I stayed with my family for two days , The Girl at Spa’s reception named ’Nikki’ , was so rude to me , i visited Spa room to book the spa for all the members of my family , we are in total ’9 persons’ to take service ,I asked for catalogue thr was a Foot spa mentioned when I inquired she said its not available , following which I inquired about other Spa’s which start from 3500/- , She was so mean out of no where she started arguing that we are wasting her time and we have kids so she wont entertain us , and also she said i don’t provide services to women’s ,It’s very obvious to ask about products used as we are concerned about the allergen’s,& Thr is no reason to leave kids behind as we stayed in hotel only ,Every word she uttered was irrelevant, rude & felt very disrespectful,Politeness is the basics.I request Hotel management to discuss this in thr board and provide proper guidance to NIKKI to be soft spoken & don’t misbehave with anyone visiting this Hotel as we give our very precious time to make good memories and don’t want to collect such argument.Plus thr is need to control pest in hotel , cockroaches were all around.Thou on other hand the restaurant manager helped us to celebrate our Daughter’s first birthday, which makes our day ’’.

Had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Vaishnavi during my visit to Baidyanath Dham. The biggest advantage is its excellent proximity to the temple.The hotel offers ample parking space right in front, which is gated and secured. The overall ambience of the hotel is very good.Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and provide a comfortable stay. The staff are courteous, helpful, and ensure a smooth experience throughout.The only area of improvement would be the breakfast menu. The options are a bit limited, and at this price point, a wider variety would make the experience even better.Overall, a great stay and definitely recommended for anyone visiting Deoghar for a hassle-free and comfortable trip.

have stayed in many hotels, but the best staff I have ever experienced is at The Vaishnavi Hotel and Resort. Mr. Rajkrit (Raj) is an excellent staff member. He is very polite, helpful, and professional. He made my stay comfortable and memorable.The service was outstanding, and the hospitality was truly impressive. I highly recommend The Vaishnavi Hotel and Resort to everyone. It was a wonderful experience!

The reception and other staff members are courteous and welcoming.Rooms ’ 3/5There is some scope for improvement in the rooms. We had booked 5 rooms’3 were quite good, but 2 did not meet expectations. The room size is on the smaller side (approximately 120’150 sq. ft.). However, the washrooms were clean and well maintained.Hygiene ’ 5/5Hygiene standards are excellent. We requested a bedsheet change in one of the rooms, and the staff responded immediately without any delay.Food ’ 5/5The food quality is very good, especially the vegetarian options. Breakfast was included in our booking and offered a wide variety of 10’15 items, covering South Indian, North Indian, tea, coffee, and more. One point to note is that the hotel also serves non-vegetarian food, which may not be preferable for some guests given the devotional nature of the location.Staff & Services ’ 5/5The staff behavior is outstanding’polite, helpful, and attentive. They also provide a complimentary luggage pick-up and drop facility, which is very convenient. They provide 2 Complimentary Water Bottle and Big Free Parking.Pricing ’ 5/5We booked 5 deluxe rooms for ’10,300 in January 2026 through MakeMyTrip. Considering the listed tariff is ’4,500 per room, this deal was exceptional and offered outstanding value for money.’Overall: A pleasant stay with excellent service, hygiene, food, and value for money. With some improvements in room size and consistency, the experience can be even better.
