Mr. Manish Tewary's conduct was particularly inappropriate—he was disrespectful and made the whole visit unpleasant. This ranks among the worst hospitality experiences I've encountered. I have included photos and videos as proof. I advise against visiting this hotel until management resolves these problems and enhances their customer service.

Had a pleasant stay here, the rooms are cozy and the ambiance is excellent. The lobby and rooms are clean. Close to the mandir. Thanks to Arpita mam and Divya mam for making the stay comfortable. Will visit again.
