Hotel Krishna Paradise

We stayed here for three nights with our family. Baba Baidhnath temple is 900 meters from the hotel, so the location is convenient, and the staff are very friendly.

This is among the top hotels in Deoghar, offering clean and roomy accommodations with excellent food.

The washroom cleanliness was very unsatisfactory, and the room service was lacking.

The staff was very bad, with extremely rude behavior from the reception staff "Shyam" and the manager "Bittu." I was shocked by how they acted. Reception staff "Shyam" and especially "Bittu" do not deserve to work in the hotel industry. They don't know how to speak to guests, especially women, and in front of children, it felt like I had done something wrong by booking with them. My visit to DEOGHAR was completely ruined. I had to cancel my booking made over the phone, and they refused to refund the amount. A note to the owner of "Hotel Krishna Paradise," if you read this review, these people are harming your business. The way we were treated made it feel unsafe to stay with family due to the rude behavior of the staff.

The staff here were the worst we have ever encountered! After an exhausting 8-hour journey, we were met with rude and harassing behavior from the hotel staff. When we simply asked about the room conditions, a staff member named Shyam scolded us. It didn’t stop there; despite this, we proceeded to book a room, but the receptionist, Bittu, was even worse. He was rude, scolded us more, said we weren’t VIPs, and even kicked us out. This was a terrible experience for our family, and we felt threatened.
