We arrived at the hotel around 12:15 PM, aware that the official check-in time was 2:00 PM. Our intention was just to drop off our luggage and head out until check-in. However, the front desk lady kindly arranged for us to get our room right away at 12:15 PM. This was our first positive experience and left a great impression from the start. After that, everything went smoothly until checkout. The staff were polite and helpful, the room was cozy, and we felt very welcomed throughout our stay. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and the thoughtful early check-in, which made our arrival easier and began our stay on a high note. I stayed with my wife and her elderly parents, and we were very pleased with the overall experience. The hotel is about 1 km from the temple, an easy walk to explore shops and the Bol Bom atmosphere. We had lunch at their restaurant on the 4th floor; the taste, portion size, and food quality/hygiene were all commendable. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay enjoyable and memorable. We would gladly stay here again and definitely recommend this hotel to others. ❤️
