I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I booked a room for 4 people through Agoda, but when we arrived, they gave us a room meant only for 2 persons. The hotel staff then told us to cancel the Agoda booking and make a new direct booking with them for Rs. 4200, claiming it would be for 4 people. When we refused, they said they would provide an extra mattress but later charged Rs. 600 for it — even though our booking was already for 4 guests.To make things worse, the booking included complimentary breakfast, but they served very limited food portions and then charged us extra at checkout for both the mattress and breakfast.This is completely unprofessional and unethical. The hotel clearly tried to mislead guests and extract extra money after arrival. I strongly do not recommend this property to anyone booking through Agoda. Please avoid this hotel if you expect honesty, transparency, or basic hospitality.
