Initially I was provided a good room but AC was not working then they shifted me in a smaller room with seepage and moist smell. No Wi-Fi service was provided. A frequent power cut was observed, also MCB trips most of the time.

Reception staff was very good in conversation. Location is very near to baba Baidyanath temple. However, lift was 70% of times faulty, light keep on going too frequently, restaurant - we requested without onion garlic food but they said oil & pan is same. Then in breakfast we ordered aaloo paratha they didn’t had butter so we cancelled it. My recommendation is to stay here due to location but eat outside at places like punjabi tadka etc.

But when it comes to money, it may be little high acoording to facilities * Under construction room has no geaser * very little space at room, small room*there is no cupboard *during my visiting days Lift was not working properly * blanket cover was not clean, i found sindoor & other marks over that, didn't used that * Didn't provided towel, brush, paste like others do Advantages are *very clean property * nice staff * walking distance from mandir *resturants available *Ac & electric kettle has provided * arranged slippers for me
