Terrible service , rude staff and unkempt rooms

We had a terrible experience here , we had booked two rooms priorly but when we reached there we were denied parking and told that we would be parking our car in front of the hotel on our own risk . In addition to this the amenities were nil , not that smaller hotels can't have them mind you .The rooms were dirty and there was evidence of the previous guest's mess still in the room when we arrived , a consequence of them alloting the rooms hastily.There was nothing "Deluxe" about our Deluxe rooms and I think it's a grave shame that the hotel staff was very rude about the whole parking situation instead of helping the weary travellers we were .After 12 hours of nonstop travel to Deoghar , we were treated like this .मेरी गुज़ारिश है लोगों से की अपना पैसा बचाइये और यहाँ ठहरने की भूल न करिए।
