Request all of you please don’t visit this hotel there is zero cleanliness, washrooms stink and not properly managed.
Extremely disappointing stay. I will never suggest this hotel to anyone. They asked us to be ready by 5:00 AM because Pandit Ji would come. We woke up early, but there was no hot water. We struggled for nearly an hour just to get hot water for bathing, and after all that effort, we ended up taking a cold shower. The room was in very bad shape: * Lights were malfunctioning. * Telephone was out of order. * Elevator was not working. * Food quality was very low. * Staff behaved rudely and arrogantly. * No one was willing to take responsibility for any issues. The biggest problem was the room price. They confirmed a rate over the phone and asked us to come. But when we arrived late at night, they refused the agreed price and demanded almost double. Since it was late and we had no other choice, we had to accept the higher price. This is totally unfair. They also promised to arrange a Pandit Ji for direct darshan. Pandit Ji took money from us to buy tickets and then disappeared. Later, another pandit accompanied us. After darshan, when we asked for the remaining money, he said, “The leftover money is my dakshina.” This felt dishonest and ruined our experience. In summary, terrible service, poor management, cheating on room rates, bad food, and no customer care. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Group • Jul 2026Avoid staying at this hotel. The service is terrible, hygiene is lacking, the staff are rude, and the food is old. Additionally, there was no hot water in the bathroom. They might attempt to deceive you by providing a Pandit Ji for temple darshan, but this is not a real benefit. Overall, a very disappointing stay. Be cautious.
