There is a lot of difficulty in checking in the hotel...if you book through Agoda then...and even if the check in is done then you are not given even the basic facilities saying that you have booked through Agada.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I've experienced. While the room itself was okay, everything else was awful. The staff behaved very unprofessionally, room service was extremely slow, and even obtaining drinking water was difficult. Although checkout was at 12 PM, they began ringing our doorbell at 9:30 AM to rush us out. There was no hospitality, poor service, and a lack of respect for guests. It was definitely not worth the price. I would never return or suggest this hotel to anyone. One female staff member was particularly rude and rarely present at reception when help was needed.

The property is newly built, but the service was quite poor.
