Town Square Suites

This hotel is wonderful. The staff are friendly and polite, always willing to help and support in every way. The rooms are tidy, well kept, and cozy. Additionally, the hotel offers a tasty menu and has a fantastic team running the entire place.

They don't have parking or valet service. The charges are very high and the service is poor. They accept marriage bookings but fail to deliver, making it a very bad experience. Don't waste your time and effort for major events here.

We chose Town Square Suites for my son's wedding. The hotel itself is decent, and the management team sincerely tried to offer good service. However, our overall experience was quite disappointing due to the owner's frequent interference. During several moments, particularly on the Sangeet night, the owner was unhelpful and dampened the atmosphere for our guests. Although the management and staff aimed to assist, the owner often prevented them from delivering the services promised. To add to the problems, the staff abruptly turned off the air conditioning during the Sangeet event, making our guests very uncomfortable. The room air conditioners were also subpar and didn't cool well. Another significant issue was valet parking. We asked multiple times about this before booking, and the hotel guaranteed it would be available. Yet, no valet parking was provided, causing major inconvenience for our guests. We paid a high price expecting excellent service and a smooth wedding experience, but sadly, the owner's attitude and failure to uphold promised services left us very dissatisfied. I would not suggest this hotel for weddings or large gatherings.

This is the worst place to host a party or stay for a marriage. I attended my friend's son's wedding and was shocked by the staff and management's extremely unapologetic attitude. They showed no respect for the occasion and completely ruined the sangeet program. The AC was never turned on as promised, and the rooms were in terrible condition, the worst I've seen so far. The management was uncooperative with any complaints. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.
