I picked SM Paradise in Gajuwaka for family stay two nights cause of good Google ratings. We had executive room, clean and comfy, but bathroom small and had bad smell, which was disappointing. Had water issues many times, and room phone not working, so I had to go down to ask staff to turn on water motor. Only one parking spot inside, if taken, need to park outside. No free drinking water, which is usually standard, but soap and towels were there. Staff seemed to lack hospitality training, and during checkout, they asked me to give positive feedback, which felt forced with all the problems I had.
