Townhouse Auroville Beach Formerly De Heritage

We reached the hotel by 2 PM but rooms were not ready, they said sir pls sit all 4 in one room wait for 10 mins but they have room by 4.30 pm. The room which they gave there was no water in basin or camod. later they changed the room. in that room lock was not working so again changed the room, later in the eveing AC stopped working. we went to reception there was on one. we called at reception number..no response. then we called Booking custome care and they took the manager in call. Manager came and again we were shifted to a new room. by that time it was 11PM.Regarding room service there was no accessories like Tower or Soap. No cleanliness at all.It was really pathetic experience.

Had a wonderful stay at this property! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely courteous, responsive, and always ready to assist with any requests. The location is excellent, with easy access to Auroville Beach and nearby attractions, making it a perfect choice for both leisure and family trips.The overall atmosphere was peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the hospitality exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay in Auroville. Will definitely visit again!

Room is average, Staffs aren’t available. I told the night would be checking out in morning 9 am but staff not available. Their phones are not reachable.One more worst experience with day we checked in. Even though there’s some other inquiry on some other story. It’s unnecessary that we have to go through their questioning where we just checked inn. Supporting staffs aren’t available during the time of inquiry. I would say uncomfortable to stay in this place

don't go by less price.. room service is very bad..dirty rooms and bed.. room size also very small...outside the hotel drainage water is flowing..hotel receptionist has very bad attitude.. they simply don't care.. even though a lot of complain of no hot water they don't care..they will simply say you should have informed earlier..if you are coming with family don't come to this hotel don't spoil your vacation.

Horrible experience, not family friendly at all....Our stay was extremely disappointing and stressful.First of all, there is no proper parking space. The hotel is located in a very narrow street where only one car can pass at a time, making it highly inconvenient and risky.They gave us a suite room as upgrade option, but it was not clean at all. There was a bad smell in the room. The bedsheets were dirty, and the bathroom was unhygienic and poorly cleaned. Basic amenities like drinking water and toiletries were not provided, which is unacceptable.On top of this, AC was not working, geyser was not working, and even the TV was not functioning. This made the stay extremely uncomfortable. We were staying with small babies, and they suffered a lot due to the poor conditions.When we raised these issues with the owner, he was not ready to listen or address our concerns. There was zero responsibility.This property is misleading, badly maintained, and not suitable for families. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid it if you value cleanliness, safety, and basic comfort.
