Extremely Disappointing Experience – Do Not Trust the PhotosMy experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The photos shown while booking are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property.The hotel was not properly clean, and the overall cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard. Even the toilet/bathroom was not clean, which was particularly unacceptable. The room and common areas also appeared poorly maintained.What made the experience even worse was the poor customer service. The staff were not helpful, and our concerns were not handled properly.The difference between the pictures shown during booking and the actual condition of the hotel was shocking. I booked this place based on the photos and expectations created by the listing, but the reality was completely different.Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The management seriously needs to improve cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service, and should ensure that the photos used for booking accurately represent the actual property.Room not cleaned cigarette buds and used condoms we’re not cleared while we entering the room
