Room was very good

This hotel is not good. The rooms are very dirty and there is no maintenance whatsoever.

I showed up with a prepaid Agoda booking, but the hotel denied me a room and rudely told me to contact Agoda for help. This was very frustrating and caused a lot of trouble. I hope Agoda looks into this hotel and takes strong measures to prevent this from happening to others.

We paid in full for the room while booking and found it infested with cockroaches crawling all over the beds. I inspected two rooms ’ both were in deplorable condition.The reception staff appeared completely indifferent, sluggish, and clearly unconcerned about the filthy state of the property. He refused to take any action, merely told us to contact OYO customer care, and didn’t even bother to get up from his chair.Do not stay here if you value cleanliness or sleep. You’ll likely carry cockroaches home with your luggage and risk falling ill. We chose to forfeit our prepaid amount rather than endure the health hazard and take the insects back with us.Booking made for check in at Jun 17 2026.
