Townhouse INN24 Airport

They did not provided any bed cover, the mattress was very dirty, no drinking water provided, no pillow covers empty washroom handwash. On asking the staff they replied no bedsheets ,and pillows are available in the hotel. I tried complaining customer care via call but they could not resolve. It's a total waste of money.

Worst hotel ever, never suggest anyone to be here. Rooms are Full of smell bedsheets are stained. Staff behaviour is ridiculous not even a single thing is good about this hotel. Suggest to shut that kind of hotels instead of wasting time on it.

Cockroaches in the room, cleanliness was not up to the level.

I wish I could give -5 star... Dirty rooms, dirty linens, the washroom had no toiletries... Even on telling them to change the bedsheet they didn't bother. They could not even provide a bottle of water when we asked for it... Cockroaches and mosquito added to the experience. Don't waste money coming here.

I’m so glad I checked the room before checking in because this hotel is a horrible place, not even worth a single night. It’s definitely not near the airport and sits in a secluded, shady area. The person at the reception barely cared about the booking.The room itself smelled of dampness and moisture, and there were cockroaches everywhere. Imagine walking into a room the size of a matchbox, nothing like the photos the property has posted online. On the bed, on the chair, basically everywhere you looked, there were cockroaches. It doesn’t seem like the room gets cleaned or even ventilated regularly.Please don’t book this place without checking the room yourself. It’s not worth the price, the distance, and it’s honestly completely unhygienic. It was a nightmare. Even though it was really late and I considered staying, I had to find another accommodation just to avoid getting sick.
