I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The hospitality and customer service were extremely poor. The staff were not responsive and did not address our concerns properly. I would not recommend this place if you are expecting good service.

If possible , avoid the hotel . Small rooms - Some foul smell in the corridors , rooms & 1st Floor restaurant . House keeping seeming does not exist . Wash rooms needs a through cleaning . Roof Top Restaurant is a face saver .Best to avoid . All the best .Suggestions - Strategically Located - An renovation is immediately called for .

Dear All,**********Strongly recommend avoiding this hotel due to the General Manager’s unprofessional behavior and the unpleasant overall experience.********************I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.The service was extremely poor, and the overall experience was nowhere close to being value for money. The management, especially the General Manager, was very rude and unprofessional in his behavior. Instead of addressing concerns respectfully, he responded in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. As a paying customer, I expected at least basic courtesy and accountability, which was clearly lacking.Additionally, the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt uncomfortable and concerning. There were incidents and activities happening on the premises that made it feel unsafe and poorly managed. I did not feel respected as a guest at any point during my stay.Customer service is the foundation of the hospitality industry, and unfortunately, this hotel fails badly in that regard.I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, respectful, and professional hospitality experience. Please consider other options before making a booking here.

’Receptionist entered our room without permission under the pretext of checking guests. Rooms are very compact. Not even worth of money what you spend. Mannerless behaviour from the receptionist. GM contains over attitude simply i hear that he and the property doesn’t care about any online reviews and online customers. When we come to room water not came properly no proper ventilation.
