Hotel AGT Park - Porur

We recently held our daughter's first birthday celebration at AGT Park Hotel, Porur, and generally, our experience was positive. The food was of good quality, and all dishes tasted great. Our guests enjoyed the variety and flavors offered. The venue was clean, well-kept, and the parking was very convenient. The staff were polite and helpful throughout the event. Special thanks to Ms. Jothi (Receptionist) for her courteous demeanor, responsibility, and quick support. We also appreciate the staff member who served watermelon juice—he was very polite, attentive, and ensured our guests were well looked after. However, there are some areas for improvement. The hall decoration was delayed, impacting our event timeline. We had planned a baby car entry, but due to the decoration delay, we were asked to wait an additional 15 minutes. Since the schedule was already behind, we had to cancel the baby car entry, which was disappointing. As we chose the buffet, the food refilling could have been quicker. Specifically, the white rice was not replenished promptly, causing some inconvenience to guests. Overall, the event coordination was good, and the hotel provides good value for money. We suggest employing a more efficient decoration team to ensure timely completion, speeding up buffet refills, and considering a more affordable plate price. We reserved AGT Park for my sister's engagement, and the whole experience was fantastic. The arrangements were superb, and everything was flawlessly coordinated. Despite a sudden rise in guest numbers, the team managed everything seamlessly without sacrificing the quality of food or service. Thank you for making our special day unforgettable. Cost is 3000 per day. Service is extremely poor. Breakfast is okay. Housekeeping is very bad. I have been staying for 4 days and the service is the worst. Daily essentials like towels, soap, shaving kit, and water bottles are not provided. Room cleaning is not done. We have to beg for everything. This is a very bad hotel.

We held our engagement celebration at this location recently, and it went beyond what we hoped for. The cuisine was truly tasty and enjoyed by everyone attending.
