Solo Traveller • Sep 2026Terrible experience... I stayed for just one night and moved out the next day due to the awful room and service. The phone in my room didn't work. Once the door was locked from outside, I couldn't open it with my key. I had to go to reception and ask a staff member to open it with a master key. This happened every single time. The breakfast was very bad. My colleague stayed in another room where the shower knob in the bathroom came off in her hand when she tried to use it. There were also bed bugs in the bed. I've never seen such terrible conditions in a 3-star hotel before.
