LACK OF STAFFS AND THE ROOM WAS ALLOTED ONLY AFTER 30 MINS OF WAITING. IT WAS INFORMED BY THE RECEPTIONIST THAT THE STAFF WILL COME AND GUIDE US TO THE ROOM IT TOOK A COMPLETE 30 MINS FOR THE STAFF TO COME AND GUIDED TO THE ROOM. LOCATION IS ALSO WORST AMBIENCE IS SOMEWHAT OK. THE TOILET HAS TO BE RENOVATED A STINKY SMELL ALWAYS
Room and bathroom are nice and tidy. Includes complimentary breakfast for the room we have chosen and it was ok. Hot water facility, toiletries, kettle with coffee/tea provided. The A/C cooling was average , room is quiet and had blind to block the lights from outside. The location is in a busy place with shops around but couldn’t find a decent veg restaurant for dine in
I’m disappointed with Room No. 211. The AC switch does not appear to be safe, and the AC is not cooling properly. In addition, the breakfast was very disappointing and the food was not hot. Overall, the experience was not satisfactory. Please look into these issues and take necessary action.
