Could have been better. Found a roach in our closet, the rooms were ok but not the cleanest. Reception was not friendly and looked like she had better days. Definitely needs an improvement in terms of upkeep in the corridors.
Not one to usually complain, the rooms we got had no windows (boarded up) and we weren’t informed or was it stated on the booking page. The front desk reception (both female and male) looked like they didn’t want to be there and were forced to carry out their tasks. When we checked out, the female reception was busy on her personal phone talking about her child’s school and friends( trust me I don’t mind but she was rude on top of that). Rooms were ok for the price, it could have been better in terms of staff and experience for the customers. The staff in the restaurant during breakfast and dinner were really friendly so kudos to that. They might be slow but they are kind and attentive, but the receptionist was…hmmm a true miss to the core of customer service.
Me and my family stay there around 5 days. I'm very disappointed since my things got lost in my room. We have inquired the staff but they seem so irresponsible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
