I had a very disappointing experience with ixigo. The team does not seem to have a clear or fair policy in place, which makes the entire booking process unreliable. Their hotel partners also appear unprofessional — instead of honoring bookings properly, they behave as if customers should just go and check the website again for cheaper prices. This kind of approach completely defeats the purpose of using a booking platform. Customer service is extremely poor, and the team does not seem capable of handling issues or providing proper support when things go wrong. Overall, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend ixigo to anyone looking for a smooth and trustworthy travel booking experience.
