The rooms and room service are good, but the food is problematic. The kitchen staff seem very irresponsible with orders, and if something is unavailable, they don't inform you and can be quite rude, especially the chefs. Although they said breakfast was free, we did not receive what we ordered. We are disappointed.

I requested the reception to repair the television since the afternoon, and all they said was that someone would come. The whole day passed without anyone attending to it despite many reminders. Also, even though I am a regular guest, the service is still like this.
