The front desk staff should communicate more promptly with each other - a request made and approved by a front desk staff- another front desk member was not aware - hence the same message had to be shared repeatedly at least 3 times
Unfortunately, the service at Bike & Barrel was disappointing during our visit on Tuesday.We arrived at around 7:00 pm, but there were no staff at the restaurant/bar. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I went downstairs to the front desk to ask whether the restaurant was open. They confirmed that it was and said they would inform the staff. However, when I went back, there was still nobody there.We eventually left and returned at around 8:00 pm. This time, there were two staff members at the bar. They took our order and served our drinks, but after that, no one came back to check on us or ask whether we wanted another drink. Both staff members seemed busy with other things rather than attending to the customers.The atmosphere and location are nice, but the service definitely needs improvement. Customers should not have to wait so long to find out whether the restaurant is open, and once seated, there should be more attentive service.
Hotel staff is courteous friendly .Food is excellent . Breakfast spread awesome
