Disappointing Stay Experience

Avoid booking this place. Despite all positive reviews on OYO, don't trust them. The rooms have an overpowering sprayed smell that can cause headaches. I checked four rooms and none had a working AC; they only blew air at room temperature. The staff in charge was rude, and the toilets were dirty. After paying, they said these are the only types of rooms available and if you want to stay, stay; otherwise, they can't help. They said since you paid OYO and not them, no refunds will be given. A terrible experience.
