I checked in hotel at evening, first they gave room which was used previously and not cleaned.when asked they later changed the room of which AC was not working .again after complaining they gave 3rd room which I locked before going outside after coming back the door lock was not opening and has hole on door used to open the lock without key which is serious breach of privacy.After complaining they are saying it will be like this only cause lock is faulty.After asking for Manager the manager didn't showed up instead reception gave number of someone whose mobile number was not active.Seriously? Hotel Manager number is not active?
Room r very bad ..front dish not working..bathroom very dirty. Bed sheet very bed ...very poor maintenance..
