Firstly we booked this hotel for 3 days and 4 nights . We booked the one which included breakfast since me and my brother we came Guwahati for health check -up and we needed to have medicine in the morning after breakfast.So, rather than going out to eat we booked the one which included breakfast but next morning they called and asked us if we wanted to order breakfast but when we said our booking included breakfast then they told us that we'll get only 2 piece of bread and tea. What kind of hotel provides only 2 piece of bread and tea when we paid extra to include the breakfast in our booking. Room was spacious but the AC and the remote was not working properly due to which the room becomes too cold, fan was working only in no.4. So we had to stay all those days adjusting ourselves. Even after repeated request to shift our room to different one they didn't. Worst experience so far. Never gonna book this hotel anymore.
