Couple • India • Sep 2026I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was extremely unhygienic and poorly maintained. Insects were coming out from under the bed, and there was a very bad smell in the room. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there was garbage found underneath the mattress.The lift was also not in service, which made it inconvenient to access the rooms. There was not even drinking water provided.Overall, the cleanliness, hygiene, and basic facilities were far below acceptable standards. I would strongly recommend that the hotel management take immediate action to improve cleanliness, sanitation, maintenance, and basic guest facilities.
