I book this hotel for see in pictures… but this hotel totally different and very dirty rooms like dirty bed shets ,blanket, and alot of stains on floor. Very bad smell in bathroom and lights do not work properly,,… led not working …. Geyser not working here …. And staff do not help regarding any issue so i requested to all of travellers please do not book this hotel ….. Trust me
The hotel is complete mess. Rooms are in filthy condition. Washrooms worse than public toilets. Spider web all around. Hair fallen on floor and bessheets. Biggest mistake is that booking was non- refundable. Had to see 5 rooms before selecting the least dirty room.No pillows provided because all the pillow were filled with stains and dirt marks and laundry service not picking up phone of hotel staff.Booked with breakfast room but not provided because kitchen not functional. Avoid to book.
I booked it for my office people. Firstly they denied each Sevice which we took from Agoda. Like extra bed was denied. Later given and for breakfast he offered only one samosa and tea
