very nice hotel...all staff very coperative’?

Thank you to Aasama Downtown Hotel for providing excellent hospitality during our 5-day accommodation. Arranging 13 rooms for our guests was handled smoothly, and the service throughout the stay was truly commendable. The staff was cooperative, the rooms were comfortable, and the overall experience was very satisfying. We sincerely appreciate your support and look forward to future collaborations.

Horrible hotel, don't stay here. Service staff will literally run after you asking money immediately, even if you ask for a bottle of water. All food bills need to be paid when it gets in your room, no matter it gets cold, but you have to pay that very moment. Breakfast sucks, nothing to eat, I asked for a plain dosa, I have to pay extra. Finally, at the time of checkout, I asked for the bill, receptionist said you pay the remaining amount then only I can show you the demo bill. Though the bill looks like a normal word print with no letterhead, no stamp and sign. Then, food supporting bills they were blaming me, it's with me, but not, found at their folder. Now even after 30 mins of waiting, at the reception with hot and humid claustrophobic environment, not got the bills. Though All my payment is cleared. The manager now came to me showing a word doc he is making for the food bill, as they don't have any bill format. This is not a Treebo Hotel, I must say.Moral of the stay is, don't book here, even if you in need of water in the middle of a night, they will ask you to pay 20/- before you sip, even if you are dying that doesn't matter.

I stayed here recently for 3 nights. The place is located nere Sum Hospital. The rooms were small but had all comfort. Rooms has tea maker, TV and airconditioner. The rooms were neat snd clean and was maintained quite well. The service was good and the staff was very polite and well behaved. The complimentary breakfast was very limited in spread and average in taste. Overall my stay was very comfortable. This one comes recommend. Parking is not available. One has to part the vehicle on road in front of hotel but guard is there at night. The big cup restaurant at first floor of property offers Good food and is quite popular. Overall a good experience staying with Aasma Dowtown hotel.

I’ve stayed at many places before, but this was by far one of the worst. The water situation is unbelievable ’ the tank runs out constantly, and I’ve had to go without running water multiple times during my stay. It’s not just inconvenient, it’s unacceptable.What made it even worse is how I was treated. When I simply asked for the basic necessity of running water, the staff made me feel like I was being unreasonable. Instead of addressing the issue, they suggested I should change the hotel ’ as if I was the problem for expecting normal facilities.Extremely unprofessional, unaccommodating, and outright disrespectful. If you value your time, money, and dignity, stay far away from this place.
