I am a solo business woman traveller and stayed for 6 days at this place. The location is good and close to my office. The reception staff need better training in customer service and friendliness which they lack pathetically. The deluxe room I took just didn't live up to its mark in terms of looks and cleanliness. Until I asked, they never placed tea and coffee sachets. The kettle handle was half broken. The reception staff refused to deliver my Swiggy order to my room. I have stayed at other Treebos where they were very helpful. The room they initially have me was horrible and the AC and fan never worked. When I asked for the manager to complain, then they gave me a supposedly better room!I was just waiting for my check out day. On check out none of the staff came to take my big suitcase not help me load into my cab! Where is customer service, out of the window!It's not that there were no staff - the 2 guys in the evening shift just sit and watch their phones or chit chat. The other helpers just loiter around aimlessly.I would never go back to this particular Treebo ever and do not recommmend at all!!!!
I stayed there for 3 nights 4 days. The day I checked in, the stained bedsheets and pillows welcomed me. Called up reception twice to remind, then they changed. The AC water was leaking, bathroom was stinking, so I bought a airfreshner ..The bathroom taps are not maintained, they will behave on their own..Breakfast they have good options,.May it was an issue with the biggest room I got the Superior room, but overall did not had a great experience.
AC and TV were not working, and there was a price difference between online and offline booking.
