Couple • India • Jun 2026I stayed at Treebo De Alphabet for 3 days and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience overall. The Wi-Fi connection was unstable and barely worked throughout my stay. The TV in my room was also not working for all three days, and despite repeatedly calling reception and requesting assistance, nobody came to fix it.The behavior of the receptionist was disrespectful and unprofessional. I was asked to pay extra money. Even after I officially paid for a 4-hour extension, the receptionist still demanded an additional ’1000 in cash.The only positive part of my stay was the restaurant food, which was actually quite nice and enjoyable.Overall, the service and hospitality were very poor, and I did not feel treated with respect as a guest. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves both customer service and maintenance support.

Solo Traveller • May 2026While this is the best budget place you could be at the icing on the cake is the staff. It's hassle free and no back and fourth. Options shared as per requirement always with clarity and no disturbance elsewhere. The food is the cherry on top. Never expected such great food in hotel which primarily sells rooms. Order in room dining please. The team at the breakfast is out of the world. Rooms could be a little cleaner with pest control being done as I could see quite a few cockroachs in the room. Rest all good
