Located inside Jai Club. Baramasi is on the roof top. Food is mediocre.But...Trust me. Ask if they have live music before you go here. Our experience with the live music was not good. 2 stars.

Baramasi Hotel offers a comfortable stay with rooms that are okayish’clean, functional, and suitable for a short visit, though not overly luxurious. What truly elevates the experience is the restaurant.Baramasi Rooftop Restaurant is an outstanding dining experience that gets everything right. The service is warm, attentive, and genuinely professional. The food is exceptional’especially the Lal Maas, which is rich, perfectly spiced, and unforgettable. Chef’s specialties truly shine, particularly the ghost chicken with Assam chilli, a bold and beautifully balanced dish that stands out. The Thai red curry was equally impressive and instantly took me back to some wonderful memories with its authentic flavours. The ambience is superb’elegant, relaxed, and vibrant at the same time. It does get busy on weekends, but that only adds to the energy, and the live band performances on weekends are fantastic and elevate the whole experience. A must-visit rooftop restaurant for great food, music, and atmosphere.

Very disappointing experience.Visited this rooftop restaurant last night and faced extremely poor service. Being a rooftop place, it was very cold and windy, which is understandable’but the way it was handled was not.There were 3’4 heaters placed near completely empty tables, while our table (which was partially covered) had none. When we politely requested the staff to shift a heater closer to us, they flatly refused. What was more upsetting was that the staff themselves were using the heaters to keep warm, while guests were clearly uncomfortable.There were hardly 2’3 tables occupied, yet no one bothered to help or even show concern. We requested multiple staff members, but everyone gave the same indifferent response.When we asked to speak to the manager, we were told the manager was on leave’however, the manager was actually present at the restaurant. This clearly shows a lack of accountability and professionalism.Overall, the service was careless and insensitive to guest comfort. Definitely not the experience one expects from a rooftop restaurant.
