The hotel was not actually the hotel rooms are not well managed they are not providing the double bed for the persons and the on the washrooms are also not well managed and the dance the shower gels are not repealed daily and they are not providing that they are not cleaning the beds area and the room tell me my worst experience it's that the PL grand hotel in the my whole experience is the worst in the I hold is three pieces spoil due to the P.L grand hotel total service was not where is actually no service provided by the hotel behaviours was also not they are giving they are not provide even RO water for drink drinking they offered byself that's why I suffered from the stomach ache for the since 5 days. If you want to spoil your whole trip you can go there to the PL grand hotel it's it was absolute worst experience of my life room number was 306 we stay from 28 to 3rd of October....

I was staying with my family and friends for 6 nights, but nobody will provide any facilities from hotel side, even they don't provide RO water, they ask us to refill Water by self from the normal running tape. Absolute worst hotel

Absolutely terrible experience. The hotel staff are downright rude and unprofessional. They don’t stick to their word ’ quote one price at night, and by morning you’re hit with extra charges like it’s some kind of scam. The receptionist acts like she owns the damn place ’ arrogant, dismissive, and completely clueless about hospitality.Don’t fall for their fake gimmicks’ it’s all bullshit. Zero service, nothing premium about the stay, and the rooms are just average at best. Total rip-off. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated like garbage
