From the moment we checked in, the experience was an absolute disaster due to a hostile and rude receptionist who treated us with utter disrespect. Despite booking as a couple, we were initially dismissed and given two single beds. When we requested a change, the front desk responded with immense attitude. The replacement room was even worse’it lacked basic amenities, had a persistent foul odor, and was infested with cockroaches, making it completely unhygienic. When we raised these issues, the staff gaslit us, claiming we were the 'only ones' complaining. To top it off, the breakfast on both days was a joke; it was missing basic options like eggs, and the overall quality fell well below the bare minimum standard expected for standard travel. This establishment lacks basic sanitation, proper management, and fundamental customer courtesy. Save your peace of mind and your money’look elsewhere."

Worst hotel experience in my entire stay history.You charged Rs. 2500 for the room, which is absolutely not worth the price. The room condition was very poor. The doors were damaged and even had termite infestation. The bathroom was also not maintained properly and was in bad condition.You mentioned that complimentary breakfast was provided, but there were only a few items available in the menu. When I asked for a common dish like dosa, which is usually included in complimentary breakfasts at most hotels, I was told that it would be charged separately. Even the items that were supposed to be available were not properly stocked in the buffet.Additionally, the food quality was not good and the taste was disappointing. It was not at all suitable for the Hyderabadi food standards.It seems like this hotel is mainly targeting tourists visiting Hyderabad in large numbers, while ignoring quality and the authentic taste that Hyderabad is known for.And the lift was also not working during the breakfast hours

Although it’s an older property, they have maintained it well with a great sense of ambience.’Pros:’Valet Parking: Despite not having a massive parking lot, their valet service is efficient and helpful.’Atmosphere: The outdoor seating is lovely, and the indoor restaurant with a bar has a very cool, chilled-out vibe.’Rooms: While the rooms are on the smaller side, the lighting and overall decor are managed beautifully, creating a nice environment.’Cons:’Food Quality: We ordered a few dishes, and unfortunately, they were quite oily. It would be a much better experience if the kitchen used less oil.’Overall, it’s an 'okay' experience’great for location and vibe, but the food and room size could be better."

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. The hotel staff were extremely polite, helpful, and professional throughout my stay.Housekeeping deserves special appreciation for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at a very high level. The rooms were neat, fresh, and well taken care of every day.The restaurant service was also excellent. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and served on time. The staff were courteous and attentive, making the dining experience enjoyable.A special thanks to the reception staff, especially Atif Ruman, who was very friendly, respectful, and supportive. He handled everything smoothly, from check-in to any assistance needed, always with a smile and positive attitude. His professionalism truly made the stay more comfortable and memorable.Overall, a great hotel with amazing service. Highly recommended, and I would definitely choose this place again in the future..
