Hello, I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the breakfast service provided during my stay.Despite having a corporate booking in a premium hotel, the breakfast service was highly disappointing. I was informed that due to an LPG gas shortage, proper breakfast could not be arranged. However, I find this reason unacceptable as the hotel’s restaurant operates normally during the night.This is not the first time I am facing this issue. I stayed at the same hotel last year and experienced a similar problem, which shows a lack of improvement.Today, I was not provided with even a single proper main course option. When I requested the staff to arrange something, they took time but ultimately did not provide any solution. Upon following up, I was told that only limited items were available.The only options given to me were fruits and a sandwich, and the sandwich quality was extremely poor and unacceptable. I have also taken a picture of the same, which I will be sharing for your reference.This kind of service is not expected from a premium hotel, especially for corporate guests. I request you to take this matter seriously and ensure that such issues are not repeated.I would also like to raise a concern regarding the cleanliness and housekeeping service during my recent 2-day stay at your hotel.On both days, I had informed for room cleaning while leaving in the morning. However, when I returned in the evening, the room was only superficially arranged. Used towels were not replaced and were left in the room as it is.Additionally, there was no doormat provided on the first day. Only after I called the reception were basic items like a doormat, towels, and water bottle provided.Most concerning was the hygiene of the bathroom. There was a sanitary pad cover already present, which clearly indicates that the bathroom was not properly cleaned even before my check-in.Such poor housekeeping standards are highly disappointing and unacceptable.I request you to take strict action on this and improve your service quality immediately.Thank you.

Very good service, its was really good for our 20 day training in Jaipur.Hot water worked well, so we could take a shower anytime, there was also tea and coffee and milk powder in the room with the hot flask very comfy for a cold morning.The staff are also prompt you can reach out to them if you dial no. 9.They can service you with any information you need in English and are also connected to Luandry services if needed.
