Treebo Thoduvas Star Plaza Cochin Airport Nedumbassery

The hotel is in close proximity to the airport. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The bathroom is well maintained. You get complimentary breakfast here. The staff is good and helpful. We stayed there for a night before we left for Munnar and it was a pleasant stay.

Do not opt for complimentary breakfast as the items provided are cold as ice. When confronted with hotel reception, they straightforward told that we would serve this food to all. You have problem with that we can't do anything about it. No option for lunch and dinner at the hotel. No nearby restaurants to serve lunch and dinner. You have to go almost 3 kms for having meal. There are much better option near cochin airport with almost same rates and more facilities.

We booked 2 standard rooms. TV was not working in one room and AC was not working in another room. Also there was lizard in the room. The Staff was not that friendly and supportive. The bed is not comfortable. The location is near to Cochin Airport but that make it difficult to get a cab or taxi and if you get one they demand 800 rupees for 1.5 km distance.There was hot water facility in the room. Swiggy and Zomato delivery is available at location.

Had a good experience during our stay here. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a comfortable setup. Service was excellent’staff were polite and attentive throughout. Convenient location near the airport makes it a great choice for transit stays. Recommended for a hassle-free experience.
