Situated right on MG Road, it offers easy access to shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and key business districts.The rooms are modern, well-designed, and exceptionally comfortable, with thoughtful amenities and great city views. The housekeeping team maintained high standards throughout the stay, ensuring everything was spotless and well-stocked.What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and every interaction reflected genuine professionalism.The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a good mix of local and international options. The rooftop pool and dining areas provide a great space to unwind after a busy day while enjoying panoramic views of the city.Overall, Hyatt Centric MG Road strikes the perfect balance between comfort, convenience, and contemporary luxury. Not for middle class & gentle families. They even avoided giving a table to us for dinner on Sunday evening although we were staying at the hotel. Food taste was average. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were good but small & not value for money. They mentioned complementary fruit basket in rooms but not provided as they were out of stock.... really’??

I came to this place to meet a friend who was staying here and have lunch. Unfortunately, I found the rooms way too small for the normal prices charged (10k-12k) per night. They were also quite claustrophobic as there is no opening in terms of a window or anything. Amenities in the room were sufficient though. There are also no smoking rooms in the whole hotel. There is only a small kiosk right next to the lobby which reminds me of the airport smoking zones and one next to the 4th floor swimming pool area.We went for lunch to the fourth floor and were offered to partake in the buffet but we declined. We both ordered a la carte for lunch and I requested that the food be made quickly as I was quite hungry. The waitress there informed me that the a la carte dishes will take approximately 25 minutes to prepare but that I was welcome to try some of the buffet starters in the meanwhile. I asked if that would mean I would have to pay for the buffet but she said it was on the house. This gesture really touched me because I have a fatty liver and am not supposed to keep myself hungry. So the fact that she offered me something to eat as their staff would take time to prepare my meal showed empathy and professionalism.It is for this reason alone that I gave this hotel 4 stars else I would have given it 3.

This was my first time visiting this place. I happened to be passing by and had wanted to check it out for a long time. I noticed a 50% discount on Zomato, so I booked a table and decided to dine there.After arriving, I came to know that an LGBT party was taking place, which is completely fine. However, what was absolutely unacceptable was what I witnessed inside the washroom ’ people were openly consuming drugs. This raised serious safety and legal concerns. I immediately informed the management about it, but shockingly no action was taken.On top of that, after finishing dinner, the staff refused to honor the Zomato offer, claiming that the discount was not applicable despite the booking being made through the platform. Only after a heated argument did they reluctantly agree to apply the offer.The situation escalated further when a group of people surrounded me and attempted to intimidate me, creating a very hostile and uncomfortable environment. As a customer, this was extremely disturbing and unprofessional.Between the management ignoring illegal activities, attempting to deny a confirmed offer, and allowing an intimidating environment for customers, this was one of the most unpleasant dining experiences I have ever had. I strongly urge the management and the platform to look into these issues seriously.

It's a 5 star review from me for this hotel. The location worked very well for me because it was easy to get to Indiranagar where I needed to be. It is a bit far if you need to be in Bellandur or Whitefield though. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The service was very prompt and very welcoming. The breakfast - both the ambience as well as the options on offer was a highlight. Would definitely be back.
