My booking and preference is for single queen size bed but given two beds attached. It was midnight and I couldn't cancel booking and have to adjust with it.
Extremely let down by our stay. Despite having a confirmed reservation via MakeMyTrip, the hotel staff declined to honor it upon arrival, claiming the booking price was "too low" and refusing to accept it. Traveling with family, we were left stranded and had to scramble to find alternative accommodation at the last minute. The staff offered no assistance or solutions. A confirmed booking should be upheld, and guests should not be treated in such a manner. Fortunately, we located another hotel nearby where we received a warm welcome and professional service. The contrast in hospitality was obvious. I cannot recommend TSR Vivitha Grand based on this experience, as it was a very upsetting and disappointing way to be treated as guests.
