No power backup, parking, or drinking water available. The only positive is its proximity to the beach; everything else is poor. Not recommended.

This place is not just bad, it’s an absolute disaster. The owner and receptionist are the worst aspects here. The receptionist behaves as if he runs a 5-star hotel, but this place doesn’t even merit 1 star. He is overly confident, rude, and shows no respect to guests. The owner is even worse — greedy, arrogant, and shameless. He will charge you excessively for this terrible place without any concern for your experience. The rooms are disgusting: beds and towels (if provided) are dirty, and the entire room smells like it hasn’t been cleaned for months. Cleanliness is nonexistent. The bathrooms are filthy, with water leaks, stains everywhere, and no proper upkeep. Mosquitoes are everywhere, making it feel like you’re paying to stay in a mosquito breeding ground. You won’t get a restful night. Additionally, there are broken doors, dirty surroundings, and even snakes and squirrels wandering around as if it’s normal. There is no basic water supply, no proper service, no hygiene — just a filthy place run by indifferent people. Hospitality is completely absent — no empathy, no politeness, just attitude and greed. The only positive is the location near the beach, but that means nothing when the stay itself is so awful. The truth is, at Kudle Beach, you can find much better rooms for less money — cleaner, safer, and managed by decent people. This place is just exploiting customers who don’t know better. Don’t trust the positive reviews — they seem fake or manipulated. The reality is the exact opposite. Couples should avoid this place entirely. Solo travelers should stay far away, especially if cleanliness or peace of mind matters to you. Overall, this place should be shut down. It’s one of the worst stays in Gokarna. Do yourself a favor and never book here.

I would give two stars for the location, but for the rooms and service, if zero stars were an option, I would choose that.

Enjoyed my entire stay, with the location close to many attractions and Kudle Beach. The owner was very friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Amazing atmosphere, close to the beach. I really enjoyed my time here. It's a great chance to connect with new people. The entire environment and the people are fantastic. Absolutely loved the place and its energy ❤️
