Udaan Yalley Resort & Spa, Gangtok

My stay at Udaan Yalley Resort was absolutely delightful. The resort is surrounded by stunning natural views that instantly lift your mood. The ambience is serene, clean and perfect for a peaceful break.The service was exceptional ’ the staff were polite, quick to respond, and made sure every little need was taken care of.The food was another highlight! Every meal was full of flavour, fresh, and beautifully prepared.Overall, a wonderful experience and definitely a place I’d love to visit again.

A start of a beautiful experience gone bad due to staff....Pros: The property is beautiful with adequate facilities. The rooms are clean and had a very good mountain view from the balcony. Washroom was clean. Breakfast buffet was good and hot. They also packed us breakfast when we were leaving early.Cons: The staff behaviour could have been better. Staffs don't know to behave in case of any issues faced by guests. We had a water issue in the morning for about 2 hours. This was not dealt by the staff in a proper way. When we gave them the feedback during checkout they did not like it. Instead of being sorry they just said everyone had the problem, even though some guests fought with them for the same reason. Some restaurant staff don't know how to behave with guests, even though we had informed that we will be having buffet dinner, one staff was speaking doubtfuly as if we could not afford it and was nagging us as we were taking the food.

We had a wonderful two-day stay at this resort. The hospitality was amazing from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely top-notch’fresh, delicious, and full of variety. The staff were super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it was a perfect and relaxing experience. Highly recommend! ’’’’’’??

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile.I especially enjoyed dining with such a spectacular view; the food was delicious and the ambiance added so much to the experience.Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a calm, scenic, and comfortable stay in the mountains. ’?

We really enjoyed our stay in udaan. The staff is really helpful. Our kid was crying for burger and there was no burger available in the restaurant but the chef made us a customised burger with bread. We're really thankful for this.Some rooms offers great view. Ours was family duplex view room, the view was great. Rooms are super clean and spacious.Food in the restaurant is delicious and it's pure veg so a plus point for vegetarians.
