Had bad experience overall. Visited during the winters and the room heater was not working. It was only heating nearby air and when we asked if this is expected and if we can be replaced, we got answer - this is how it works. Also the tap water was not hot, it was hardly lukewarm.The electric kettle, tea, coffee packets etc were not provided, we had to ask for it separately. In the bathing area, there was a bathtub, which was not useful at all as the outlet was open and could not be closed- completely useless.The room allotted to us was not clean at all. There was bad odor and smell of drainage during the overall stay. Overall very bad experience.The food was good. The breakfast was average, lunch and dinner were good. The good thing was that they serve rotis and Nan hot and soft. Overall food quality was good.Other than this, the hotel is photogenic. Ambience is good.

Useless to visit.dont ever thing of coming here....zero hospitality .Manager fights lake a mad dog with customer as if we got trapped after payng the room rent.Totaly different from tge photos they shows......Dnt waist your money.....Pathetic way of talking

Lovely Spacious Stay

Stayed one night in this beautiful hotel in Mandawa. It looks like newly built, located about 10 minutes from the city. Hotel is built in a large garden with many flower plants. Rooms are clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Food is good but bit pricey.
