Substandard Stay Experience

Does not meet Tata/IHCL standards. The food quality is very poor. They offer maggi and sandwiches during Hi-tea, which are bland and of low quality. No bottled water is provided. Water in rooms comes in glass bottles that have hard water stains, and the refill containers outside the rooms are of poor quality. Towels are also stained and ripped. Overall, I would not suggest staying here!
