The resort is an older property that is fairly well maintained (the door knobs clearly show their age). Nearly all rooms face the valley, come with balconies, and the ground floor features a nice lawn. Like many resorts, you need to request basic items like dental kits and mugs, but they do provide them upon request. The main downside is the food quality and taste, which could be better considering the price. The dishes were overly salty and nothing special, and the tea was below average.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. From arrival, the staff greeted me warmly and professionally, making me feel truly welcome. The check-in was efficient and hassle-free, setting a great tone for my visit. The room was large, impeccably clean, and well-kept. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom clean, and all amenities were in top shape. Housekeeping did an excellent job daily, keeping everything tidy and fresh. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to attractions, dining, and transport options. The peaceful environment was ideal for unwinding after a busy day. The customer service stood out, with every staff member being courteous, helpful, and always smiling. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. The food was tasty, offering a good selection for breakfast and other meals, all fresh and promptly served. The dining area was neat and well-arranged, enhancing the experience. Overall, this hotel surpassed my expectations in every aspect. Clean rooms, great service, comfortable lodging, delicious meals, and a friendly atmosphere made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable visit and will definitely return. Many thanks to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable!

The food was fantastic, especially the two dishes shown in the pictures. However, when I ordered hot chocolate fudge, they brought vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce instead, which was disappointing since the menu specifically listed hot chocolate fudge and we paid for that. Even after pointing out that it didn't look like hot chocolate fudge, they didn't correct it. The ambiance was nice and aesthetic, and the service was fast. Definitely worth a visit ❤️

All the hospitality staff provided outstanding service. Every room offered a fantastic view. The night scenery and cool climate made our stay very pleasant. There was ample parking space. GOD Bless 🙌.
