Vasco Da Gama Beach Resort

The property is very scenic and beautiful. The rooms were well maintained and the staffs were polite and cordial.Firstly, it is not a beach resort as claimed by them because there is no entry into beach from within, you have to go from road and there is not even a view of the beach from rooms.Since we wanted vegetarian food, the choice of food was very limited whether starters or rice. They don't have any option for mocktails. The food was very very cold and taste was very ordinary. Breakfast was also okok...There was no hot water in the room, we had to borrow from reception each time. The pool was dirty.Overall it was not a nice experience.

We had such a fantastic stay at this property. Right in front of the Kappad Beach our stay in this resort was nothing less than comfortable, peaceful, and luxurious. Unlike the beaches in main city the Kappad beach is very clean here. The room was huge, with a touch of rustic old school times. The balcony is one place you can sit for hours and just spend some quite time. I’d say instead of staying in the main city in a cramped hotel one should instead drive down here. We also got a great deal on MMT (2 nights for about 5.5k with buffet breakfast).The restaurant also serves quality, delicious meals. Not many items but whatever they serve is quality. Not to mention liquor is also available. We also take a dip in the pool.They should definitely repair the broken and loose tiles near to the pool. Also, the black shiny tiles in the washroom of our room 1206 is very slippery and if not careful someone will slip and hurt self. Other thing is there’s no lift here.

The property is very well maintained, clean, and designed to give a relaxing coastal vibe.The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and perfectly kept. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help with anything. Their hospitality truly made the stay special.The food was delicious with good variety, and the service was quick. The pool area and spa facilities were great for unwinding, and the overall ambience of the resort made the trip refreshing.If you're looking for a calm, luxurious, and memorable stay, I definitely recommend Vasco Da Gama Beach Resort & Spa. I would love to visit again!

The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly maintained, but what made the stay truly exceptional was the incredible service.A special mention goes to the front office team and the manager( Mr.Vishnu Prasad ), who went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. They were extremely welcoming, professional, and attentive, always ready with a smile and genuine willingness to help. Their warmth and efficiency made me feel completely at home.The overall experience’comfort, cleanliness, food, ambience, and service’was top-notch. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Resort was absolutely wonderful and truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we stepped into the beautifully decorated lobby, we knew we were in for a treat.’The check-in process was seamless and welcoming, a great start to our vacation. I must give a special shout-out to the Front Office Manager, Mr Vishnuprasad. We had a minor issue with our initial room booking (our fault, not the resort's), and Ms. Vishnu handled it with incredible professionalism, efficiency, and a genuinely warm smile. He quickly upgraded us to a magnificent ocean-view suite and ensured the rest of our stay was perfect. Her dedication to guest satisfaction is a testament to the resort's high standards..
