Recommended for business travellers. Great location and clean rooms. Just that the tap was kinda broken which wasnt a big thing.
I interacted with shubam one of the receptionist. He is very kind and helpful as well and i dont remember the name of day shift receptionist both helped me with my early checkin as well.
Terrible customer support and zero accountability on refunds > I made duplicate booking for the same date and cancelled one of the bookings right away but my experience with Wandr hotel's support team has been completely unacceptable. After submitting all the required details on time, my refund is now well past the standard processing window (they mentioned 10-15 day and it is more than a month now). What makes it worse is the absolute silence from the team specifically Samir Chetry - who has failed to provide any meaningful updates, reasons for the delay, and is simply snoozing since day one. Keeping customers waiting with no communication is a terrible way to run a business, especially in the hospitality sector. I expected a resolution and a basic professional response on priority. Instead, I am left with no choice but to escalate this matter to consumer forums to get my refund resolved. Avoid booking or dealing with them if you expect basic accountability.
