Firstly , it was really difficult for us to find the resort because of no evidence boards in the jungle way , secondly food service was too low , even it looked that food was old and due to this all family members got stomach issues , very low maintainance of resort , need more development of resort , as due to low food service , I opted for concession in food amount of resort

The place was good, and the rooms were very nice and clean. There were few staff members, so it took some time to get our food, but the food was tasty and fresh. The staff were very polite and well-mannered. We had a very pleasant experience. A small suggestion: it would be helpful to have a signboard to guide guests to the resort.

The location is quite isolated. The room lacked cleanliness, with dirty linens and bedsheets, and the electric kettle was broken. On the positive side, the staff were very polite and promptly replaced the items when informed. The food was freshly made and tasty.

Worst experience ever, the food was really bad, and the service was terrible. You have to wait an hour for your food, and even then, some items are missing. The staff is unprofessional. The pool area is dirty, and the cleaning service for the pool area is also very poor.

I checked out today, 25 May 2026. There were no signs for directions or a proper road to get to the resort. The washrooms had no water, and the landline for staff support was not working. Luckily, we were two people, so one of us had to go outside to inform them to turn on the water supply. This happened twice. There was no staff outside to call if we needed anything. The resort needs better service and more staff. I ordered snacks; first they took the order, but after an hour, they said it was not available. Overall, not a good experience.
