I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic and very tranquil. The road to the hotel can be tricky, particularly if you're driving a sedan, but it's definitely worth it. The food was decent, and the room service was top-notch. The staff were warm, hospitable, and took great care of us. All in all, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were tidy, roomy, clean, and cozy, and the tranquil setting helped us unwind completely during our stay. Breakfast in the morning was tasty, fresh, and served with warm hospitality. What truly made our visit special was the resort staff—they were very kind, caring, polite, and attentive. From arrival to departure, they welcomed us warmly and respectfully, always ready to assist with a smile. Thanks to their excellent service, we encountered no issues or discomfort. Surrounded by lush greenery and a serene atmosphere, the resort is ideal for couples, families, or anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in Munnar. We felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely looked after throughout our time there. There are many more wonderful things to share about Zeez Mount Resort—the hospitality, cleanliness, food, ambiance, and staff service were all exceptional. We're leaving Munnar with fond memories, largely thanks to this amazing resort and its fantastic team. Highly recommended! We definitely want to return to Zeez Mount Resort in the future.
