Zibe Salem by GRT Hotel

For a budget hotel, I guess it's okay. But only because it's got the name GRT attached to it, I think we expected more. The room was cute and spacious enough. The bathroom however, was small and smelly. Although they cleaned after we complained, the stench still lingered. We were there only for 1 night.Good points: Location is prime especially if you want to shop for Sarees and the hotel has a GRT jewelery store in the same location.The breakfast was quite good.Check-in and check- out process was hassle free.

Breakfast was a highlight - fresh, hot, and great variety with South Indian options.Special appreciation for Santosh who served us during breakfast. He remembered our preferences, kept our coffee topped up, and checked on us with a genuine smile. His service really elevated our experience. Would definitely recommend Get Grt Stay and will be back!!!

My stay at Zibe was comfortable and budget-friendly. The room was small but clean, with fresh bedsheets and a well-maintained bathroom. Despite the size, it felt cozy and gave a sense of being well taken care of.What truly stood out was their thoughtful service. We were traveling with our 2-year-old son, who naps in the afternoon. Since I couldn’t step out for tea and snacks, they allowed my husband to bring tea and cookies to the room’something I haven’t experienced elsewhere, as most places require you to either go out or skip it.Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Saravanan and Manipandi, the receptionists, who welcomed us warmly and assisted us throughout our stay with great professionalism. Their kindness and efficiency made our experience very comfortable.We would also like to appreciate Naveen from the restaurant for his attentive and courteous service. He ensured that we had a wonderful dining experience. Overall, the hospitality provided by the team made our stay truly enjoyable.

Very good place to stay, the rooms are very clean and everything is working properly. The staff is very polite , friendly and helpful, Sarvanan is very professional and helpful and Apu keeps the room clean everyday and does a wonderful job. The food is very tasty and healthy and the location of the hotel is perfect and best part it has a gym, would recommend to stay here!
