Zibe Salem by GRT Hotel

The stay at GRT Zibe Salem was an excellent experience. We booked two Superior category rooms for four family members, very spacious and clean rooms, bathroom was very good.Best part was the food. Both High Tea at arrival and morning breakfast (ready at 7 am which is very useful for early risers like us) with many options was perfect.Staff are very friendly and helpful, including for Car Parking.Enjoyed the short stay very much.

Exceptional week-long stay! Exceeded the 'Promise Of More'We had a wonderful week-long stay with family at ZIBE by GRT Hotels in Salem.The rooms are really nice, spacious, and exceptionally well-maintained by Mr. Ashok from housekeeping. He was incredibly friendly and always happy to go the extra mile to serve us better. A lovely touch was the corridor walls, which feature different pictures depicting the local culture.The valet parking facility was a huge plus and completely relieved the tension of parking.The complimentary breakfast offered at 'Tiffin Room' featured a wide range of options and a genuinely tasty menu. The service there was excellently managed by Mr. Siva and his team. Adding a cherry on top was the complimentary tea and snacks they offered in the evening!Location-wise, the hotel sits in a prime spot in Salem with plenty of facilities within walking distance.We also highly appreciated their great initiative of serving in-house RO water(ZRO) in environmentally friendly, sustainable glass bottles.They really fulfilled their tagline of a 'Promise Of More,' and we would love to come back!

The bathroom was clean and neat, and the shower experience was excellent.I also ordered a mango milkshake through room service, and it was absolutely delicious’one of the highlights of my stay.The complimentary breakfast was good, with a satisfying selection of options. Throughout our stay, the service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and attentive to our needs.Another advantage was the location. The property is situated on the main road, making it easy to access and convenient for transportation and getting around the area.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly recommend this property to others looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay.

For a budget hotel, I guess it's okay. But only because it's got the name GRT attached to it, I think we expected more. The room was cute and spacious enough. The bathroom however, was small and smelly. Although they cleaned after we complained, the stench still lingered. We were there only for 1 night.Good points: Location is prime especially if you want to shop for Sarees and the hotel has a GRT jewelery store in the same location.The breakfast was quite good.Check-in and check- out process was hassle free.

We had a wonderful stay with our family at Zibe Salem during both the onward and return journeys of our Kerala trip, and the experience was consistently excellent on both occasions.The rooms were extremely comfortable, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a long drive. We were pleasantly given adjacent rooms during both stays, which made things very convenient and comfortable for our family.One of the biggest highlights of the stay was definitely the food. The buffet breakfast was delicious with very good variety, and every dinner we had at the restaurant was excellent. A special mention for the pasta ’ absolutely delicious! The phulkas were soft and fresh, and the side dishes were equally wonderful. It honestly became one of the most enjoyable dining experiences during our trip.Most importantly, heartfelt thanks to the wonderful restaurant team ’ Mr. Naveen, Mr. Rajesh, and Mr. Santhosh. They always welcomed us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that added an undefinable happiness to our stay. Their friendliness and care made us feel truly valued and at home.The property is neat, well maintained, and perfectly located for travellers breaking the any long journey (mine was Chennai’Kerala drive). Smooth check-in, courteous staff, excellent food, and comfortable rooms ’ everything came together beautifully.Highly recommended for families and road travellers!
