To encourage contactless travel, Indigo has taken a very important step towards the safety of passengers. Indigo is now charging Rs.100 from flyers checking-in at the airport counters.

As per a statement by Indigo, “We encourage all passengers to web check-in and abide by government directives. The check-in fee at the airport counters is applicable on all bookings made, starting October 17, 2020. We are committed to take all precautionary measures for a contactless and hassle-free travel experience.”
