Statue of Unity — Visiting Hours Increased

Planning to visit the Statue of Unity? Here’s some good news for you! Seeing the Statue of Unity pull huge amounts of crowd since its inauguration, the visiting hours of the this national treasure have been extended.

Gujarat Government, along with the Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel Ekta Trust and the Statue of Unity administration have jointly made this decision. The visiting time has been extended by 2 hours; one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening.

According to reports, almost 10,000 tourists visit the Statue of Unity daily. On holidays and weekends, this number soars to almost 15,000.

The new visiting hours are: 8AM to 6PM

Statue of Unity is located in Narmada district of Gujarat and offers stunning views of the Narmada Valley, Satpura and Vindhya Mountains, and the Sardar Sarovar.
