Baggage Allowance on Go First
The standard check-in baggage allowance on Go First domestic flights is 1 bag / piece that weighs up to 15 kg. It cannot exceed 158 cm in overall dimensions. The weight limit goes up to 40 kg for flights departing from the UAE.
Passengers with domestic flight bookings on student, defence or marine fares are allowed to check in up to 2 bags / pieces.

Go First India Refund and Cancellation Policies
Go First has issued a revised cancellation policy during COVID-19. It is divided into four different categories based on a passenger’s ticket booking dates, and can be viewed on flygofirst.com/bottom-menu/revised-cancellation-policy
According to the new policy, the cancellation charge for domestic flight tickets booked on or after October 18, 2019 is ₹3500 for tickets cancelled 0–3 days prior to departure, and ₹3000 if cancelled more than 3 days before departure
In the event Go First cancels a flight; prepones a flight by 60 minutes or more; or postpones a flight by 120 minutes or more, passengers will be entitled to a full refund of the amount they paid, or “be accommodated on alternate flight(s) for the same sector for next or preceding seven (07) days from the original date of journey, subject to availability and Go First’s discretion”.

A: No, Go First does not provide complimentary meals on flights. Instead, it has a buy-on-board option with an in-flight menu. Passengers can also pre-book refreshments online using the GoXtras Smart Café.
As per recent regulations, in-flight meals will only be available on domestic flights with a duration of 2 hours or more, until further notice. This does not apply to international flights.
