Dear ixigo team, Thanks for the fastest booking experience on your app, but I would like to bring to your notice about the convenience fee which was not mentioned at the time of booking and payment, I felt like cheated for the first time. Was not aware of the high convenience fee. I have other travel apps installed in my mobile and have an account for the same, ex: easemytrip, they were offering me the ticket with the same rate and with ZERO convenience fees. Kindly refund my fees, if possible.

It is a very good plane booking application. I used to think that it worked just like "a partner with uneven". This application is my "light of darkness" when the flight disruption is interrupted. I just said that the app infesters are really good too.

I regularly use this app for booking Air tickets. This is really good app for cheap fare Air tickets. But be careful while making payments, if your payment failed or declined by your bank for any reason, then don't try to make payment on same page again. Rather cancel all the booking details and re-enter all the details including flight details. I have had bad experience with recent flight booking. My payment got declined due to incorrect CVV but at next attempt I made successfully. But to my surprise the booking date 1st December changed to 1st January. Since you are on payment page you can't see your booking details. So please take care and enjoy this Ixigo mobile app.
