Couple • India • Jun 2026When we reached the Seven Apple Hotel, at the time of checking in, the staff said that you will have to pay extra for your king size bed and we had booked a double bed. But when we had booked there before, at the time of checking in, we were not charged a single rupee for the bed linen. But the staff took the money from us to their own account through UPI.When we reached the Seven Apple Hotel, we were charged extra at the time of checking in. Even though we had booked online, they said your double bed was booked but instead they charged a single bed.But I have stayed at the Seven Apple Hotel before.At that time, not a single rupee was charged from us for bed conversion, but last time the staff charged money to their own account through UPI. This is very disappointing for us.
